The successful candidate will play an important role in shaping the financial success of the business group. The candidate will be responsible for financial steering, analysis, and decision support, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, budgeting, and mid-term planning.This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Controller who wants to act as a true business partner.For the Head Office in the Winterthur area we are looking for a:Senior Business Controller 80-100% (incl. 2 days homeoffice)Your tasksContact person & business partner for the senior management and CFO of the business groupAnalysis, monitoring and reconciliation of costs with the goal to maximize marginsOwn the budget, planning and forecast process as well as execution of month-end closing activitiesPreparation of reports, analyses, and key performance indicators, along with recommendations for actionOptimization and further development of controlling processes and toolsSupport internal and external audits, ensuring transparency and adherence to regulatory requirementsYour profileUniversity degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration – a professional certification is a plusMinimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position in a manufacturing or industrial services businessSolid experience in cost controlling and business partneringExcellent PC skills as well as SAP ERP is neededBusiness fluent in English – strong presentation and communication skills requiredCritical thinking and analytical skills with excellent attention to quality and detailOpen-minded team player who is able to manage a highly versatile and multicultural teamSofia Guidi will be at your disposal for any further information and looks forward to the delivery of your application and documents. #J-18808-Ljbffr
