Your Role Work on end-to-end Supply Chain Planning Digital Transformation Programs – from process template definition to implementation. Act as a Subject Matter Expert on SAP IBP capabilities, staying updated on new functionalities and industry trends. Responsible for overall project delivery throughout Design, Development, Testing, Training, and Hypercare. Lead workshops with business to understand the requirements, Solution Architecture, and design efficient supply chain processes within SAP IBP. Lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of SAP IBP modules to meet business needs. Conduct Unit Acceptance Testing, Integration Testing, and Test Cases Automation. Provide key user training and support to end-users on SAP IBP usage, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques. Provide technical issue resolution, maintain knowledge management repository, and optimize test suite post go-live. Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to address technical issues and ensure SAP IBP system stability and uptime. Drive integration initiatives between SAP IBP and other enterprise systems to streamline data flow. Work independently in onsite/offshore models. Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an understanding of business terminologies and processes. Minimum Requirements 10+ years of experience in supply chain planning projects focusing on SAP IBP implementation. Minimum 4 full lifecycle implementations of any SAP IBP module (Demand, Supply & Response, Inventory, S&OP). If only support experience, then at least 5 years of SAP IBP support experience. Proficiency in SAP IBP modules such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, S&OP, Control Tower. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Technical knowledge in solution designing, integration, and development activities for SAP IBP modules. Experience with SAP APO modules and integration methodologies is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for workshops and training. Willingness to travel for client workshops and training sessions. Preferred Qualifications SAP Certification. Knowledge of German or French languages. Experience working on multiple SAP IBP modules like Demand, Supply, Inventory Optimization, Demand Sensing, and Control Tower.
