Our client is seeking a motivated and skilled IT Business Analyst to join their cross-functional team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping and optimizing IT systems and business processes across various departments. If you\’re looking for an opportunity with real responsibility, a strong team culture, and room to grow—this might be the right role for you.Your ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of designing and implementing new processes and systems, as well as further developing and maintaining them across the departments of After Sales, Quality & Customer Care, Finance, HR, and Communications.Ensure smooth operation of IT business processes and systems, and drive targeted execution of IT business projects.Advise and support as the interface between IT and the relevant departments.Act as an active sparring partner (process designer and advisor) for department leads, with close coordination and cooperation with the IT Business Analyst for Sales & Dealer Network.Continuously optimize processes in close collaboration with business partners and IT.Lead and manage projects using agile methodologies.Collaborate within the IT IS – DACH team (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).What You BringDegree in IT (Business Informatics) or Business Administration.Several years of experience as an IT Business Analyst (experience in the automotive industry is a plus).Solid knowledge of project management (especially agile methods) and business/process analysis.Strong advisory, communication, and presentation skills.Confident in negotiations, resilient, and quick to grasp new concepts.Good knowledge of database systems and MS Office.Native German speaker with good English skills (French is a plus).What\’s For YouWork-life balance: Flexible working hours, including remote work options.Progressive employee benefits.A high level of personal responsibility and the chance to actively shape your role.Development opportunities within the company.Free parking and car wash services in their offices just 10 minutes from Zurich.Subsidized meals in the company cafeteria. #J-18808-Ljbffr
