Business Analyst Salesforce

We are opening a position of Business Analyst specializing in Salesforce to strengthen the team of our client based in Geneva. This role focuses on managing the backlog of RUN/BCI change requests.ResponsibilitiesOversee and prioritize the backlog of RUN and BCI change requests to ensure alignment with business needs.Collaborate with developers and system architects to analyze, document, and implement change requests.Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams within the Salesforce and IDIT ecosystems.Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and ensure alignment with industry best practices.Support application performance monitoring and troubleshooting using tools such as ELK/Kibana.Translate business requirements into functional specifications for both Salesforce and IDIT platforms.Participate in testing and validation phases to ensure the successful implementation of changes.Ensure accurate documentation of requirements, configurations, and system changes.Job requirementsMinimum of 5 years\‘ experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in the insurance sector.Solid understanding of Salesforce and IDIT platforms; prior experience with insurance systems is essential.Background in Computer Science or Engineering.Proficiency in Java development and knowledge of application monitoring tools (e.g., ELK/Kibana).Ability to analyze and structure complex technical and business information.Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced environments.Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
