Create sense.Clinical Studies ManagerAs a Clinical Studies Manager, you will be responsible for designing and executing audiological and clinical studies to assess the clinical readiness of hearing systems. This includes evaluating the efficacy, limitations, and usability of various functions such as hearing instrument features, signal processing, sound processing, fitting software, and wireless technology.Drive the execution of clinical studies in compliance with local regulationsCollaborate with relevant partners (i.e., subject matter experts, researchers, business units) to develop evaluation protocolsResponsible for data collection, data analysis, documentation, reporting, defining conclusions and/or actions to be taken from the clinical outcomesCollaborate with subject matter experts in hypothesis/objective development & definition of acceptance criteriaContribute to the maintenance of clinical databases and study records in accordance with data privacy and good clinical practiceContribute to exploration, development, and evaluation activities to assess clinical readinessPrepare and/or present clinical findings internally and externallyContribute to planning and steering of projects for evaluation of innovation candidatesTrain, support, and provide technical and product/solution knowledge to internal and external customersContribute to activities that foster internal audiological expertise (i.e., chapter, community of practice)Hearing evaluation & fitting of hearing devices using standard clinical audiological methodsProvide guidance and support to team membersYour profile:University degree in audiology or hearing instrument technology4-6 years demonstrated experience in planning, design, execution and reporting on clinical studies in Audiology and/or auditory implantsKnowledge in local medical device regulationsBackground in statistics, methods, and data analysisKnowledge of acoustics, Psychoacoustics for normal hearing and hearing lossExperience in the design and implementation of clinical trialsAbility to fit hearing aidsExperience in hearing-related diagnostic testingFluent in German, very good English skills in both verbal and written communicationWe can offer you a new challenge, with interesting tasks and much more – including an open corporate culture, flat hierarchies, support for further training and development, opportunities to take on responsibility, an excellent range of foods, sports and cultural facilities, attractive employment conditions, and flexible working time models in various roles.Agnieszka Baka, Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, is looking forward to receiving your complete application via our online job application platform.For this vacancy only direct applications in English will be considered.Sonova is an equal opportunity employer.We team up.
