Our client is looking for a leader, bringing proven sales expertise and experience combined with a strong marketing exposure.Your main responsibilities would be:Strategy & Management:Prepare and monitor budgets & forecasts.Create and implement plans that drive measurable incremental occupancy, increase average rate and increase volume.Lead and manage sales, events and marketing team (8 persons).Sales:Establish contact and acquire potential new customers as well as support existing customers.Expand the market position and create the sales action plan.Prepare the annual sales budget as well as ensure compliance.Implement the growth-oriented sales strategy for the national and international market, including success monitoring.Marketing:Develop the marketing strategy for the Hotel in cooperation with the hotel group.Plan PR including coordination with PR agencies & supervision of media & influencer trips.Create social media strategy and planning as well as monitoring in cooperation with social media & content manager.Be responsible for the hotel website and newsletters.Your profile:Mastering English and French.Experience in a leading sales and marketing position in a luxury hotel ideally in CH.Experience leading a large sales & marketing team.Portfolio/network of key players within the hospitality industry in all segments (key partners such as key agencies and partners in the US, Asia, UK, MICE agencies in CH and Europe etc.).Strong business and result-oriented.Strong relational, communication and negotiation skills.Higher degree in Hospitality Management or Sales/Marketing. #J-18808-Ljbffr
