We’re looking for a digitally savvy colleague to support as follows:Support Client Advisors: Plan client meeting appointments and keep them informedAssist Clients: Address all Digital and Mobile Banking-related questions, e.g., Digital Activation for E/Mobile BankingEngage Clients: Provide a personalized E/Mobile Banking experienceShowcase Digital Solutions: Conduct remote 1:1 e-banking sessions to highlight first-in-class digital solutionsOther Support Migration Tasks: Assist with other tasks related to the migration support to ensure a smooth transition for clientsYour Team:You will be part of the highly skilled and motivated Digital Specialist and Outbound team within Global Wealth Management Front Support Office Client Services.
