Work Schedule7 1/2 hr shiftEnvironmental ConditionsAble to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc… allowed, Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery), Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)Job DescriptionJob ResponsibilitiesPerform routine and preventive maintenance on production equipment to ensure flawless operation.Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime and maintain world-class production standards.Collaborate with the operations team to determine maintenance priorities and successfully implement solutions.Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation strictly in compliance with company protocols.Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring it meets our ambitious operational standards.Train and mentor junior technicians, encouraging an inclusive and collaborative work environment.Job RequirementsProven experience as an Equipment Maintenance Technician or in a similar maintenance role.Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams.Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues from a diverse group of backgrounds.Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and holidays.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.An encouraging and inclusive work environment that values diverse perspectives.The chance to work with a team of dedicated professionals committed to making a difference. #J-18808-Ljbffr
