For our client, a bank based in Geneva, we are looking for a Customer Support Agent in order to strengthen their growing team. Project-orientation and change are constant.Job DutiesEfficiently handle customers’ inquiries such as part requests, onboarding process, customer needs, trading platform issues, IT issues, and any complaints, as well as carry out customer follow-up.Professionally answer incoming/outgoing calls and emails, understand the customers’ needs and their environment to improve satisfaction at service support levels.Accurately and timely process requests in CRM databases and internal tools.Work closely with other teams such as Sales, Compliance, and Central File.We Are Looking ForCFC (Swiss Federal Certificate of Proficiency) in Banking or any equivalent classical or university education.A first experience in the banking sector in Switzerland / in the sale of financial services in Switzerland is mandatory (CFC experience accepted).Languages: French (mother tongue), English (fluent, level C1), a third language would be an asset (German, Italian, Spanish, Mandarin, or Arabic).Excellent customer service skills, service-oriented, client-oriented, and networked.Strong interest in trading and stock markets.Ability to recognize risks and assess them in terms of urgency.Personality: empathetic, resilient, flexible, dynamic, and stress-resistant.Swiss residency or willing to relocate immediately.Client InformationWorking hours are organized in shifts:8h15 – 17h459h30 – 18h45 #J-18808-Ljbffr
