For more information, visit unite.eu.As the Head of Marketing Communications for Europe, you will lead a lean and collaborative team focused on creating high-impact content and communications that support brand visibility and pipeline growth across European markets. Your role will focus on content strategy, LinkedIn presence, and nurturing activities aligned with our demand generation goals. This is a hands-on leadership role suited for a strong communicator with a B2B mindset and the ambition to grow into a broader international remit over time.Your responsibilitiesDrive demand through versatile, SEO-optimized content: Oversee the creation of whitepapers, reports, blogs, interviews, webinars, landing pages, social posts, and e-books supporting all funnel stages.Plan and execute nurturing strategies: Develop content journeys and automated campaigns to engage leads over time.Amplify regional visibility: Collaborate with media partners and internal teams to promote content via syndication, paid promotion, and PR activities.Lead a focused team: Manage a team including a Content Lead, Senior Social Media Manager, and MarComms Writer, with support from design, localisation, and digital media teams.Own the LinkedIn strategy: Deliver content that increases engagement and reputation among European procurement and public sector audiences.Ensure consistency across Europe: Align messaging and ensure local relevance through collaboration with localisation and field marketing teams.Your qualifications5–8 years of experience in B2B marketing or communications, preferably in tech, SaaS, or procurement sectors.Strong writing and content development skills for awareness, consideration, and lead nurturing, especially for European audiences.Expertise in social media, particularly LinkedIn, targeting professional audiences.Understanding of SEO principles and content strategies to drive traffic and engagement.Collaborative team player capable of managing content calendars and cross-functional projects.Proficient with tools like HubSpot (or similar), CMS platforms, AI writing tools, and collaboration tools such as Miro or Confluence.Fluent in English; German or other European languages are a plus.What you can expect from usFlexible work options: Office, remote, or hybrid.Long-term growth: Access to training and career development.Workations: Opportunities to work abroad for up to 2 months.Fair culture: Collaborative environment with supportive colleagues and management.Work-life balance: Flexible hours and over 30 holidays annually. #J-18808-Ljbffr
