Project Planning and Execution: Define and manage projects according to directives from the Senior Manager for Asset and Infrastructure. Ensure all project documentation is complete and up to date. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define project success criteria and ensure alignment with business objectives. Team Leadership: Lead project teams by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and facilitating effective communication among team members to ensure project milestones are met. Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates on project status to the Senior Manager, including risk assessments, budget tracking, and progress reports. Your Profile: Decision-Making: Ability to build options, propose the best solution, and communicate properly to make informed decisions promptly while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Leadership: Demonstrated leadership in supporting and driving performance within cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve superior results.
