Project Manager Pursuits & Proposals (French speaking)Are you a Sales or Procurement Professional? We are looking for a Project Manager who can manage and support our Audit and Advisory pursuit processes. In this important role you work closely with the business teams in Financial Services and support our teams in winning proposals.Geneva, ZurichAs soon as possibleYour contribution to KPMGExecute project management for complex, deadline-driven pursuit processes including the planning of the internal proposal process, defining deliverables and scope, communicating deadlines and responsibilities, setting up meetings, chasing actions and monitoring overall progressAnalyze the Request for Proposal (RfP) and coordinate the pursuit processInitiate relevant research efforts (i.e. company profile and stakeholder analysis)Support the business team in preparing for any client interaction (i.e. site visits and presentations) and oversee the production of relevant materialsDevelop proposal documents, including preparation of initial document structure and design, managing content development and document review processes as well as coordinating design resourcesWork closely with Pursuit Leaders and other Pursuit Project Managers to support the continuous development of new templates and leading practice examplesThis is what makes you successfulBachelor\’s degree in Communications, Business Administration or similar, advanced degree preferred3-5 years of relevant work experience in a professional service company; Audit and/or pursuit experience is a mustExcellent planning, project management and organizational skillsProficiency in French and English is a must; German is a plusVery strong communication skills and ability to build relationships within KPMG Financial ServicesA proactive mindset and ability to work independentlyExperienced user of MS Office, especially PowerPointYour benefitsWe offer a range of generous benefits designed to help you thrive with us and benefit for life.
