Job Description
What you will own
- Lead and scale an international marketing organization of ~150 FTE across multiple markets and senior leadership layers
- Own and optimize a yearly marketing budget of €200M+ with direct accountability for growth, marketing efficiency, customer acquisition economics, and measurable business impact
- Drive an integrated marketing strategy across brand and performance marketing, balancing long-term brand equity with commercial activation and revenue growth
- Build a high-performance organization focused on accountability, operational excellence, talent development, and execution quality
- Establish AI, automation, experimentation, and data as core enablers of marketing effectiveness and scalable decision-making
- Partner closely with Product, Tech, Finance, and Sales leadership and report directly to the Group CEO
Qualifications
What we are looking for
- Proven experience leading large-scale international marketing organizations with significant budget responsibility (€200M+)
- Strong track record of delivering measurable commercial outcomes in high-growth, performance-oriented environments
- Deep expertise across both brand and performance marketing, with the ability to connect strategic positioning with acquisition efficiency and revenue impact
- Highly analytical and commercially driven mindset with strong understanding of modern marketing technology, data infrastructure, AI-enabled workflows, and experimentation frameworks
- Experienced leader of senior management teams with strong operational rigor and execution focus
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at executive level
- Business-fluent English, written and spoken
