About our client
We are working with an established northern European private equity firm who make control investments in growth-oriented northern European businesses. With a strong focus on responsible investment and ESG, they pride themselves on having a positive environmental and social impact across their portfolio. The firm is seeking to hire an Investor Relations Senior Associate / VP to their Munich or Copenhagen offices.

What the job involves
The team is now looking to hire an Investor Relations Senior Associate / VP responsible for supporting all aspects of investor relations. Over time, and for the right person, this role offers the opportunity to take on investor coverage responsibilities.

  • Provide end-to-end support for fundraising processes across all investment strategies.
  • Work alongside the team on the preparation and updates of key marketing and due diligence materials including pitches, presentations, DDQs, RFPs, case studies, etc.
  • Collaborate with finance and investment teams on the preparation of investor reports and ensure all follow-ups are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Work in the planning and execution of key investor events including AGMs, webinars, and meetings.
  • Provide end-to-end support for co-investment processes.
  • Develop and maintain key IR analyses and benchmarks for key strategic projects.
  • Address investor requests and questions on an ad hoc basis, coordinating across teams and functions when needed.
  • Work closely with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, as well as placement agents and communications agencies.
  • Help update and maintain CRM systems and other databases as necessary.

Who we are looking for

  • Strong academic background with professional experience in Investor Relations, Placement Agent, or strategy consulting.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to establish relationships quickly and convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Professional, proactive, and organized, with attention to detail.
  • Highly motivated and collaborative team player.
  • Highly proficient in English required; additional languages such as German, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish preferred.
