In this key role you will ensure the availability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of our essential IT services. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and optimize core IT processes based on ITIL, Lean, or Six SigmaManage Service Desk operations (1st level support, hardware, inventory, PC setup)Oversee the full user lifecycle (access rights, onboarding, offboarding, role management)Coordinate IT service delivery across three locationsAct as the key interface for third-party vendors, ensuring quality and complianceTrack, analyze, and optimize IT service and application costsSelect, implement, and manage ITSM tools (e.g., Copilot, Jira)Drive process improvement and maintain clear documentationSupport SaaS contract and license management, including payment workflowsProvide training and collaborate with internal teams and external partnersYour profile a stakeholder empath, backlog owner, team player and you impress us withDegree in IT, Engineering, or a related field4+ years of experience in IT Service Management and vendor coordinationSolid knowledge of ITIL, service operations, and IT governanceStrong communication and organizational skillsFluent in German and EnglishFurther information about localsearch as an employer can be found .Important: We are only able to consider applicants with a valid permit to reside and work in Switzerland or citizens of EU-27.We, Grégoire Mouly-Aigrot and Team, look forward to receiving your online application!
