Full financial leadership across five markets, from reporting and controlling to cash flow and banking relationships. Financing structures supporting our expansion pipeline. Franchisee financial performance, unit economics and investment cases. A finance function built to scale. Who you are
Senior finance leader with multi-entity, multi-country experience. Hands‑on, commercially sharp and comfortable in a fast-moving, founder‑led environment. Fluent in German and English. QSR, retail or franchise experience is a strong plus. You will work directly with the founders and play a central role in one of the most exciting franchise growth stories in Central Europe. Compensation is competitive and based on experience.
