JobSquad is recruiting for a fast-growing Swedish AI/SaaS scale-up that is transforming the way companies find and win public tenders.
As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving our growth in the German-speaking market. You will identify new business opportunities, lead qualified conversations with potential customers, and move opportunities through the sales process in a structured way until closing.
What you'll do
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Identify and approach potential customers in the German-speaking market
- Qualify leads and turn them into strong sales opportunities
- Run discovery calls, product demos and negotiations
- Build and manage your own pipeline, follow-ups and forecast
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing to improve targeting, messaging and conversion
- Build strong relationships with potential customers and clearly communicate the value of the platform
What you bring
- Native-level German with strong spoken and written communication
- Good English, as this is the company's internal working language
- Around 2-3 years of sales experience, ideally within B2B, SaaS or tech
- Experience managing sales conversations and closing deals
- Strong results-oriented mindset and motivation to exceed targets
- Confidence in outbound sales and building relationships with customers
- Proactive, structured and resilient working style
- Motivation to work in a fast-growing scale-up environment with short sales cycles and high performance expectations

- Around €5,000 base salary per month + uncapped commission
- Fully remote from anywhere in Germany
