About the Role
We are hiring skilled Facility Technicians (m/w/d) with experience in electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, or general building services to support our client's facilities across Germany.
This role is suitable for hands-on professionals who enjoy troubleshooting technical problems, maintaining building systems, carrying out repairs, and ensuring safe and efficient facility operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general building maintenance within your area of expertise.
- Carry out minor repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance.
- Diagnose faults and resolve technical issues in building systems.
- Conduct inspections, measurements, and routine facility walkthroughs.
- Maintain electrical installations, equipment, and technical systems.
- Coordinate and supervise external contractors when required.
- Support warranty-related repairs and maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate service reports and technical documentation.
- Follow applicable safety regulations and quality standards.
- Participate in on-call duties where required, with additional compensation according to the employment arrangement.
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Plumbing, Building Services, or a comparable technical field.
- Previous experience in facility maintenance or a similar technical position.
- Knowledge across multiple technical trades is an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting and practical problem-solving skills.
- Independent, reliable, and service-oriented working style.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Valid German driving licence (Class B).
- Willingness to work on-site at assigned facilities across Germany.
