About the Role
We are hiring experienced Registered Nurses / Pflegefachkräfte (m/w/d) to join hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers, elderly care facilities, and healthcare organizations across Germany.
This role is ideal for nursing professionals who are passionate about patient care and looking for stable long-term career opportunities.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care and monitor patient health conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments according to medical instructions.
- Support patient mobility, personal care, and daily activities.
- Prepare and maintain accurate nursing documentation and care plans.
- Assist with wound care and medical procedures.
- Communicate effectively with doctors, patients, and family members.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Participate in shift handovers and multidisciplinary teamwork.
Your Profile
- Completed nursing qualification as Registered Nurse / Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann or equivalent.
- Minimum 2+ years of professional nursing experience required.
- German professional recognition completed or recognition process in progress.
- German language skills at B2 level or higher.
- Experience in hospitals, rehabilitation, elderly care, or outpatient care.
- Patient-focused, responsible, and compassionate working style.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
