- Automate product and setup processes to reduce manual workload
- Collaborate closely with the Development team to optimize daily software version deployments and resolve technical issues
- Design, implement, and document improvements to security measures for customers and external audits
- Scale deployments for dozens of customers, including large databases, container orchestration, and cloud-native tools
- Monitor incident response, perform root-cause analysis, and restore services to minimize downtime
- Establish and maintain robust monitoring and alerting to proactively detect and resolve platform issues
Requirements
- Professional experience with Linux-based systems; Windows Server experience is a plus
- Experience deploying and managing workloads across multiple cloud providers
- Practical experience managing Kubernetes, container orchestration, and related cloud-native technologies
- Strong understanding of development and operations cycles, including CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform
- Experience managing data streams with tools such as Grafana, Kibana, or Prometheus
- Confident communication in German and English with a range of stakeholders
- Reliable task completion and end-to-end ownership
- Basic programming skills and proficiency in Java or Python; experience with Rust or Go is a plus
- Must reside in Germany
