Account Growth Specialist

• Proactively engage assigned customers to identify growth opportunities and enhance account value
• Drive upgrades from Standard to CX solutions
• Identify and pursue add-on opportunities, including additional seats and new offerings such as AI Receptionist
• Educate customers on GoTo’s evolving suite of products
• Build strong customer relationships and deepen account loyalty through consultative selling
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Consistently meet or exceed expansion and upsell targets

Requirements

• Proven success in sales, account management, or a related customer growth/expansion role
• Previous closing or outbound experience preferred
• Ability to manage a high-volume book of business with a proactive and organized approach
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Excitement for working on a new team and contributing to a fast-growing function at GoTo
