- Independently handle the complete financial accounting for our company using digital solutions
- Payment processing, management of open items (accounts receivable/payable) and dunning/collection processes
- Prepare travel expense reports for executive management and review employees' travel expense claims
- Prepare the annual financial statements in close coordination with management
- Act as an interface between financial accounting and payroll accounting for inquiries and reconciliations
- Correspond with insurers and professional chambers and prepare various statistical reports
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training with a focus on financial accounting or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in financial accounting and solid knowledge of German Commercial Law (HGB)
- Confident user of DATEV and MS Excel; openness to digitized, automated processes and enthusiasm for using AI tools
- Structured, reliable and meticulous working style with a high sense of responsibility
