- Review and implement the affiliate arbitrage training program from start to finish
- Follow established SOPs, templates, and coaching materials
- Execute all setup requirements necessary to launch the business
- Build and deploy landing pages and affiliate funnels
- Configure campaign assets and marketing materials
- Set up affiliate offers and network integrations
- Prepare campaigns for launch according to training requirements
- Configure tracking systems and analytics tools
- Set up campaign monitoring and reporting processes
- Ensure proper tracking of traffic, conversions, and campaign performance
- Launch, test, and monitor affiliate marketing campaigns
- Identify implementation issues and troubleshoot technical or operational problems
- Maintain campaign records and performance reports
- Recommend improvements based on campaign data and results
- Provide regular updates on setup progress and project milestones
- Maintain organized documentation of systems, campaigns, and workflows
- Collaborate with the client to meet project goals and timelines
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Affiliate Arbitrage, Performance Marketing, or CPA Marketing
- Proven experience launching affiliate campaigns from setup through execution
- Experience working with affiliate networks and CPA offers
- Experience building landing pages and conversion funnels
- Strong understanding of campaign setup, testing, optimization, and performance tracking
- Experience implementing processes, SOPs, and training-based systems
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with Native Advertising platforms such as Taboola, Outbrain, RevContent, or MGID preferred
- Experience with Facebook Ads and Google Ads preferred
- Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms and analytics tools preferred
- Experience using landing page builders and funnel creation software preferred
- Previous experience implementing business-in-a-box or affiliate marketing coaching programs preferred
- Experience scaling successful affiliate campaigns preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, Google Workspace, AI Tools, and digital advertising / affiliate marketing platforms
- English language preference with Level A-C accent preference
- 40 contracted hours per week, Monday through Friday
- Must work as an independent contractor under a Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work
