- Analyze telecom network data across RAN, Core, IP, Transport, SD-WAN, Cloud, OSS, and service domains
- Develop KPI models for performance, quality, faults, customer impact, capacity, and resilience
- Build machine-learning models for anomaly detection, fault prediction, root-cause analysis, and proactive assurance
- Create data pipelines for aggregation, cleansing, enrichment, and feature engineering
- Support digital twin and graph analytics for topology, dependencies, service impact, and fault propagation
- Develop network data quality, correlation, and entity resolution frameworks
- Enable AIOps use cases including alarm reduction, incident prioritization, predictive maintenance, and root-cause analysis
- Collaborate with AI/LLM teams to provide datasets, features, embeddings, and metadata for RAG and AI agents
- Align network data models with TMF SID/Open API standards
Requirements
- 6–12 years of experience
- Immediate to 0–60 days’ notice period
- Proficiency in Python, statistics, and machine learning
- KPI and feature engineering
- Network performance analytics across RAN, Core, IP, SD-WAN, and Transport
- Fault analysis, correlation, and anomaly detection
- AIOps and predictive analytics
- Data pipelines and quality management
- TMF SID/Open APIs
