Overview
You independently plan, manage, and execute projects across functions, from Legal and HR to Operations and Marketing.
You serve as the strategic counterpart to project requesters and guide the project team from initial idea to final delivery.
You create KPI-based reports and derive optimization opportunities.
You are the human point of contact for all project stakeholders and ensure smooth communication.
You synthesize complex information into clear, understandable roadmaps in German and English.
Together with your team, you build PM-AI workflows and actively drive their continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute cross-functional projects across Legal, HR, Operations, and Marketing.
- Serve as the strategic counterpart to project requesters and guide projects from concept to delivery.
- Create KPI-based reports and identify optimization opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and ensure effective communication.
- Synthesize complex information into clear roadmaps in German and English.

Qualifications
- Solid project management expertise with proficiency in both traditional and agile methodologies.
- Minimum of three years of experience in project management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management; ability to communicate clearly and assertively in German and English.
- Strategic mindset and ownership; capable of evaluating project requests and independently defining project scopes.
- Analytical and data-driven approach; able to use metrics to measure project success.
- AI literacy and prompting excellence; experience with AI tools such as Claude, Chat GPT, or Gemini as part of daily toolkit.
- Workflow architecture and systems thinking; experience building automations and evolving them.
- Verification and auditor mindset; ability to critically review AI outputs and adhere to quality standards.
