- Perform Epic Ambulatory application build, configuration, maintenance, and support
- Support Epic Cadence and Referrals build and workflows
- Troubleshoot application and workflow issues and provide timely resolution
- Complete assigned build, testing, validation, and documentation activities
- Partner with operational and technical stakeholders to maintain continuity during the engagement
- Provide interim support while a lead analyst is on leave
Requirements
- Strong hands-on Epic Ambulatory build experience
- Demonstrated Epic Cadence and Referrals build/configuration experience
- Ability to work independently and quickly become productive in an established Epic environment
- Relevant Epic certification(s) strongly preferred
- Availability to commit approximately 20 hours per week for 6 months
