- Provide accurate Arabic English live interpretation across healthcare, banking, insurance, education, and emergency services
- Communicate professionally with speakers of different accents, speaking speeds, and communication styles
- Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism throughout every call
- Complete 3-week training, including self-paced online learning and approximately 2 days of live online sessions
- Handle real interpretation calls under an experienced mentor during 4-week mentoring
- Progress to full-time interpreter placement upon successful completion
Requirements
- Arabic-English interpretation capability
- Accurate Arabic English live interpretation across healthcare, banking, insurance, education, and emergency services
- Professional communication with speakers of different accents, speaking speeds, and communication styles
- Ability to maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism throughout every call
- Availability for night shifts starting anytime between 8:00 PM–12:00 AM Malaysia Time
- Availability to work 5 days per week with 2 days off
- Weekend work may be required based on the company roster
- Successful completion of pre-assessment, English Assessment, Arabic Assessment, 3-week training, and 4-week mentoring
- Performance during mentoring determines progression to the full-time interpreter role
