- Serve within the Sales organization and report directly to the assigned Area Sales Manager
- Manage sales and customer support in the assigned territory
- Meet assigned territory sales objectives
- Develop relationships with physician customers and hospital personnel
- Support the region to ensure growth goals are achieved
- Identify and evaluate market opportunities and sales potential by account
- Establish and achieve annual sales objectives
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics for existing and potential accounts
- Analyze the territory and identify key target accounts
- Monitor competitive activities and gather marketplace information
- Collaborate on contracts, pricing, and vendor documentation for hospital and institutional customers
- Execute launch strategies and provide product introductions and in-services for customers
- Maintain clinical and technical expertise through training, workshops, publications, networks, and professional societies
- Prepare and submit reports by analyzing territory sales, customer data, and sales projections
- Communicate with hospital personnel and Scientia leadership
- Comply with company, hospital/institution, and advised guidelines for compliance and professional conduct
- Exercise independent judgment and decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience
- Proficiency using CRM tools
- Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
- Experience in medical device sales, focused heavily on interventional stroke procedures (preferred)
- Experience selling medical devices in Neurovascular space (preferred)
- For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment
