- Conduct onsite and virtual performance reviews of ARX repair facilities
- Monitor and evaluate repair facility performance using established metrics and quality standards
- Analyze operational data and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Partner with repair facilities to implement corrective actions and best practices
- Build and maintain strong relationships with repair partners and internal stakeholders
- Support initiatives focused on improving cycle time, repair quality, customer satisfaction, and overall operational performance
- Ensure compliance with GEICO policies, procedures, and performance expectations
- Support the Auto Repair Xpress network in the Colorado area
Requirements
- Experience in the automotive repair, collision repair, insurance claims, or vehicle damage industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret performance data
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with performance management, operational reviews, or vendor management is a plus
- Only candidates located in the Colorado area will be considered
