Responsibilities
- Develop innovative solutions for the CMS platform in collaboration with the Product Owner
- Ensure the implementation of business and regulatory requirements
- Analyze business and technical requirements
- Translate requirements into user stories and functional specifications, with clear and traceable documentation
- Facilitate requirements workshops with internal and external stakeholders
- Elicit and structure requirements systematically
- Further develop solutions together with banks and partners
- Identify the need for action on the platform at an early stage
- Take responsibility for refinements and PI planning
- Support agile development within the team
- Ensure clear communication between business units, development, and the Product Owner/Squad Owner
- Identify technical or functional gaps
- Use AI tools productively and identify opportunities for AI-powered platform features
Requirements
- Degree in Business Information Systems, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification, together with several years of relevant professional experience as a Business Analyst in a product environment or agile project teams
- In-depth knowledge of requirements engineering
- Proven experience with CMS systems
- Practical experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar assistants
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
- Experience with agile methods such as Scrum
- Fluent German, at least C1 level
- Good English, B2 level
- Structured and analytical approach to work
- Clear communication at all levels
- Enjoyment of working in cross-functional teams
- A résumé and relevant employment certificates are required for the application
