- Strategically develop products within the marketing target architecture, particularly CMS, DAM, and campaign management
- Align products with long-term objectives as well as market, technology, and AI trends
- Manage delivery planning and the roadmap across multiple topics, teams, and products
- Ensure teams achieve their objectives in collaboration with the Tribe Lead
- Prioritize topics and assess risks
- Clarify functional and organizational dependencies within and beyond the business unit
- Derive appropriate measures
- Manage internal and external stakeholders
- Represent relevant topics in committees and governance bodies
- Reconcile differing interests to reach viable decisions
- Provide subject-matter support for team development and strengthen collaboration at relevant interfaces
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration or Business Informatics, combined with several years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent qualification
- Experience leading cross-functional projects or workstreams
- Proven ability to manage complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, interfaces, and dependencies
- Technical understanding and in-depth knowledge of product and risk management
- Confidence working in regulated and agile environments
- Practical experience with artificial intelligence, data-driven solutions, or innovative digital technologies
- Ability to translate technological developments into business requirements and product perspectives
- In-depth knowledge of the financial services sector
- Ideally, experience with marketing target architectures as well as CMS and DAM systems
- Fluent German, at least C1 level
- Good English, B2 level
