Requirements
- University degree in business administration, economics, or a related field with a technological focus, plus more than six years of relevant professional experience in trend, market, or competitive analysis, or an equivalent qualification
- Experience leading cross-functional projects or workstreams
- Strong interest in applying new technologies in the banking sector and beyond
- In-depth methodological expertise in qualitative and quantitative trend research
- Fluent German skills (at least C1 level)
- Good English skills (B2 level)
- Natural curiosity and a strong instinct for emerging developments
- Proactive and independent working style
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to prepare complex topics for specific target audiences and communicate them convincingly
- Ability to work effectively in a team, share knowledge, and interact confidently with stakeholders at different hierarchical levels
