- Support the Senior Customer Success Manager team
- Provide white glove service to Censis customers
- Ensure successful product use, retention, and a positive experience for clients
- Grow client utilization and subscription footprint
- Serve as an internal advocate for the customer
- Manage requests from current customers
- Support QBR preparation
- Coordinate and complete onsite and virtual visits
- Triage and route customer inquiries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Support special projects as assigned.
