- Prepare global, payer-focused market access deliverables using evidence-based medicine, public health policy, health economic and health outcomes principles
- Develop understanding of country landscapes and technical issues relating to patient access to medicines and healthcare
- Work across a variety of therapy areas and filter key information based on project objectives
- Conduct literature searches, evidence reviews, and secondary research with support from senior team members
- Incorporate research into payer value dossiers, publications, and reports
- Support clients in reimbursement submissions and wider payer communications
- Collaborate with Evidence & Access team members in a fast-paced agency setting
- Deliver multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality standards
Requirements
- A life sciences degree, ideally combined with a post graduate qualification in a relevant scientific field which may include pharmacy (PharmD), health economics or public policy (MPH)
- Excellent scientific writing skills
- Proficiency in Word, PPT, Excel, Teams, Outlook, Adobe
- Organized and reliable, with strong attention to detail
- Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Manages time effectively and delivers work to agreed deadlines
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects independently while maintaining accuracy under pressure
- Professional, adaptable, and proactive in supporting team and client needs
- Demonstrates curiosity, initiative, and accountability for continuous learning and improving team efficiency
- Openness to learning, feedback and career development
- East coast - EST timeline preferred
