- Install, configure, validate, and tear down Evolv systems for temporary rental events
- Execute small-scale and major multi-system event deployments on compressed timelines
- Collaborate with venue operators, security directors, public safety agencies, and law enforcement partners on CONOPS and screening strategies
- Help determine system placement, ingress workflows, staffing models, and operational plans
- Train venue security staff, event operations teams, volunteers, seasonal staff, partners, and operators
- Provide on-site go-live support from load-in through doors-open and live operations
- Troubleshoot routine installation, configuration, connectivity, and setup issues
- Conduct site surveys and support pre-event planning and presales activities
- Complete pre- and post-event surveys, QA checklists, and handoffs
- Coordinate equipment allocation, event logistics, load-in/load-out schedules, and deployment timelines
- Serve as onsite lead for major temporary rental deployments as capability develops
- Represent Evolv professionally and demonstrate product value through reliable setup, training, and event-day support
- Report to the Rental team's Operations Manager
Requirements
- Willingness to travel extensively, with up to 80% of time spent on the road
- Willingness to work regular weekends and some nights
- Ability to lift and position proprietary equipment using safety gear and trained techniques
- Ability to perform onloading/offloading from trucks, utilize liftgates, and roll systems into venue placement
- Ability to stand and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
- Ability to work event shifts of 12-15 hours with meal and rest breaks
- Maintain professional certifications across Evolv Express and Expedite systems
- Competency to resolve basic out-of-the-box issues during installation and configuration
- Ability to work in a field-based role at venues across the United States
- Candidates located near a major airport hub are preferred
- Must complete Form I-9; Evolv participates in E-Verify for all employees
