- Advising and supporting mid-sized manufacturing companies in process optimization, Lean, Agile, and Operational Excellence
- Applying the Focus & Flow Framework in ongoing transformation projects
- Analyzing value streams, facilitating sprints, and jointly implementing improvements on site
- Designing and facilitating workshops, training sessions, and coaching programs
- Taking responsibility for projects from kick-off through operational implementation
- Contributing to the development of consulting products, methodologies, and tools
Requirements
- A completed degree in any field
- Curiosity, clarity, a strong sense of responsibility, and a genuine drive to make a difference
- Interest in how manufacturing companies operate
- No hesitation about working on the shop floor and willingness to wear safety shoes
- Passion for travel and willingness to regularly work on-site with clients across Germany
- Curiosity and a thirst for knowledge, particularly in Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile
- Strong communication skills at all levels
- Ability to facilitate people with structure and clarity
- Empathy and the ability to build relationships consciously and effectively
- Initial experience in consulting or an industrial environment is a plus, but not required
- Excellent written and spoken German
