Senior Cell Therapy Site Manager – Region: South-East in Augsburg

• Lead the commercialization of BMS CAR T products across three approved indications
• Ensure strong product positioning and differentiation within a competitive class environment
• Build, maintain and strategically develop trusted relationships with academic advocates
• Expand engagement beyond CAR T centers
• Design and execute high-quality peer-to-peer engagement formats
• Manage time-critical customer and account priorities
• Develop and implement strategic CAR T account plans in cooperation with cross-functional teams
• Act as a strong team player and cross-functional partner

Requirements

• Strong experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
• Preferably background in commercial, sales, marketing or strategic account management roles
• Deep understanding of hematology and oncology
• Ability to engage confidently on scientific and clinical topics
• Strong expertise in product positioning, class expansion and competitive differentiation
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with academic advocates and key opinion leaders (KOLs)
• High level of expertise in designing, leading and leveraging peer-to-peer engagement formats
• Excellent prioritization skills and ability to act with urgency in time-critical situations
• Strategic and analytical thinker with strong commercial acumen
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills in German and English
• Skilled team player with a collaborative mindset
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit, resilience and ability to work effectively in a fast-changing environment
