Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between the Project Managers and other departments within the company.
- Respond to RFP on behalf of PMO organization delivering preliminary Project Plans, Schedule of Values, and RFI Responses.
- Assist with project planning, including creating and maintaining project schedules.
- Help ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Support the project team in preparing project documentation and reports.
Requirements
- Associates Degree Required
- Previous experience in project coordination, preferably in the audio visual industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Project.
