- Provide first- and second-level support to employees in a healthcare and clinical environment
- Manage Microsoft and VMware server and Microsoft client solutions
- Administer terminal, application, database, and mail servers
- Manage LAN/WAN networks
- Organize and prioritize tasks using a ticketing system
- Maintain, service, and support IT and telecommunications infrastructure as well as clinical information systems
- Plan projects and develop internal IT project concepts
- Develop small applications and SQL reports
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist in System Integration or Application Development, or comparable training
- Strong knowledge of the Windows environment, including Windows Server 2019 and Windows 10/11 clients
- Extensive knowledge of server virtualization using VMware, Nutanix, and Proxmox
- Experience managing LAN, WAN, and intranet architectures
- Knowledge of telecommunications and telephone systems
- Class B driver's license
- Professional experience required
