- Prepare daily regulatory reports (FinfraG, EMIR, MiFID)
- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements in reporting processes as the first line of defense (1st LoD), including regulatory changes
- Continuously track errors, resolve issues, and manage ongoing quality assurance
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of reports to various internal and external stakeholders
- Work closely with Trading, IT, and Compliance
- Report a concise summary of key performance and success metrics to senior management
- Implement changes to regulatory reporting systems in collaboration with IT, including system releases and testing
- Support ad hoc projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance
- Experience in regulatory transaction reporting or a similar role
- Knowledge of FinfraG, EMIR, and MiFID regulations
- Experience in a bank’s trading environment and knowledge of securities
- Analytical, reliable, and resilient personality
- Team-oriented with a holistic perspective
- Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to remain focused under pressure and when facing deadlines, assess issues, and set priorities
- Knowledge of JIRA
- Strong affinity for IT and familiarity with trading-related software
- Excellent MS Office skills
- German and English language skills
