- Deliver direct and indirect billable clinical services
- Work within a clinician-owned ABA agency's modern, naturalistic, person-centered, and neurodiversity-affirming clinical model
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
- Fluent in BST and caregiver-mediated treatment
- Adapt supervision to the person in front of you
- Pursue current evidence-based practice independently
- Manage time and documentation without being chased
- Communicate directly and professionally across families, staff, and leadership
- Pass background check
- Minimum 30 clinical hours per week
- 90% utilization of recommended treatment hours is expected
