- Work as part of a project-based team within an established practice focused on Corporate/M&A and Venture Technology, led by Dr. Rebekka Hye-Knudsen
- Advise prominent German and international clients on domestic and cross-border acquisitions, financing rounds, and strategic alliances
- Provide transaction advice on M&A projects and venture capital investments, representing founders, companies, and investors, particularly in the technology and digital health sectors
- Advise on the advancement of the digital economy, including through the active use and development of innovative Legal Tech solutions
- Collaborate across offices and jurisdictions within the global Dentons network on complex, cross-border matters
Requirements
- Two above-average German State Examinations in Law
- At least three years of relevant professional experience at Senior Associate level in the Corporate/M&A and Venture Technology practices of a business law firm
- Excellent command of English
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for complex business and financial matters, as well as Legal Tech innovations
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to develop creative, solution-oriented, and commercially viable approaches for sophisticated clients
- Strong, committed personality with a pronounced team spirit
