- Assist with the planning and design of mechanical building services systems for complex projects
- Support the development of technical concepts across various HOAI service phases
- Perform technical calculations and analyses
- Create and maintain BIM models and planning documentation
- Contribute to tendering and procurement processes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary project teams and external project stakeholders
- Support the coordination of technical interfaces between different trades
- Contribute to sustainable and innovative design solutions
Requirements
- Completed degree in building services engineering, building technology, energy engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Initial relevant professional experience at a planning or engineering consultancy
- Basic knowledge of relevant standards and regulations
- Interest in BIM-based planning methods
- Initial experience with Revit and/or MagiCAD is desirable
- Enthusiasm for technical challenges and sustainable building technology
- Enjoyment of teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Very good German skills and good English skills
