- Collaborate across offices and jurisdictions as part of an interdisciplinary team focusing on technology contracting, digital regulation, data protection and intellectual property law
- Support the Intellectual Property, Data and Technology practice group with legal research and publications
- Support the provision of legal advice to national and international companies, corporate groups and public-sector institutions
- Support the procurement of complex technology solutions, including outsourcing arrangements
- Support compliance with digital-law regulatory requirements, including the AI Act, Data Act, Digital Services Act, DORA and BSIG
- Support data protection matters in national and international contexts
- Support matters relating to trademark, copyright and competition law, as well as legal issues concerning the protection of trade secrets
Requirements
- Successfully completed the First State Examination in Law or both the First and Second State Examinations in Law, achieving above-average results in each examination
- Interest in a longer-term position, for example alongside pursuing a doctorate
- Excellent English-language skills
- Strong interest in business and commercial matters
- Passionate team player
- Committed and proactive personality
