- Collaborate across offices and countries as part of an interdisciplinary team focusing on technology contract law, digital regulation, data protection and IP law
- Support the Intellectual Property, Data and Technology practice group with research and publications
- Assist in advising national and international companies, corporate groups and public-sector entities
- Assist with the procurement of complex technology solutions, including outsourcing arrangements
- Support compliance with digital law regulatory requirements, including the AI Act, Data Act, Digital Services Act, DORA and BSIG
- Assist with data protection matters in national and international contexts
- Support matters relating to trademark, copyright and competition law, as well as legal issues concerning the protection of trade secrets
Requirements
- Successfully completed the First or Second State Examination in Law, achieving above-average results in each
- Interest in a long-term position, for example alongside pursuing a doctorate
- Excellent command of English
- Strong interest in business matters
