Lead end-to-end production processes for high-budget, complex, multi-market projects
Ensure seamless execution, financial oversight, stakeholder coordination, and operational control
Act as the primary client-facing lead for German market operations
Build client relationships, lead status syncs, navigate feedback, and provide strategic production solutions
Run daily scrums and triage incoming brief requests
Assign workloads to content managers, copywriters, and motion designers
Lead project costing, budgeting, financial forecasting, PO management, and cost reconciliation
Perform quality control on German-language static, video, and motion social assets
Oversee fast-turnaround social assets, localized multi-market campaigns, and platform-native video deliverables
Partner with Resource Management to staff internal teams and external freelancers
Mentor mid-level and junior team members
Collaborate with Client Management, Resource Management, and Creative teams
Requirements
- Native-level fluency in German, written and spoken
- Full professional fluency in English
- Extensive agency experience managing high-volume, fast-turnaround social media retainers
- Strong project management background, including running scrums, structuring workflows, and tracking deliverables
- Proven proficiency in project costing, budget management, scope estimation, and financial risk mitigation
- Comfortable serving as a client-facing operational contact for high-level brand partners
- Exceptional proofreading and linguistic/visual quality assurance skills for social content
- Experience delivering marketing or social campaigns within film, streaming, TV, or broader entertainment media
- Exposure to live-action shoot production logistics
- Exposure to modern AI-driven production workflows
- Resume in English
