- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Learning Experience area
- Translate learner needs, behavioural insights, and business priorities into product opportunities, hypotheses, and initiatives
- Lead continuous discovery and experimentation to strengthen engagement, retention, and learning outcomes
- Define success metrics and evaluate performance using quantitative data, qualitative research, competitive insights, and learner feedback
- Prioritise and manage trade-offs between learner value, business impact, technical feasibility, and speed
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Learning Content, and Product Leaders from discovery through launch and iteration
- Communicate direction, evidence, decisions, and trade-offs to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Take on future company needs, including platform expansion or subscriber migration, and execute them rigorously
Requirements
- 5+ years as a Product Manager building B2C digital products
- Strong product judgment and comfort in ambiguous, fast-evolving problem spaces
- Ability to make decisions without complete information and change direction when evidence changes
- High bar for quality and sharp focus on user outcomes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-alignment skills, including close partnership with engineering leadership
- Proactive, flexible, and curious, with ability to drive progress from insight to execution
- AI-first way of working, including use of AI agents for drafting and evolving requirements, analysing data and user feedback, and prototyping ideas
- Nice to have: experience building habit-forming products
- Nice to have: track record of shipping at scale to hundreds of thousands of active users or more
- Nice to have: exposure to AI-led product experiences, learning products, or content and knowledge systems
