Social Media Expert in Berlin

• Provide advisory input on local social strategies for client review and decision
• Ensure alignment with central strategy and OKRs and identify synergies between social and influencer marketing
• Support the client in briefing external agencies
• Collect and consolidate feedback into a single aligned response for executing agencies
• Track reworks and ensure feedback is implemented before closure
• Review agency trend alerts daily and identify relevant trends by brand and market
• Provide trend descriptions, supporting examples, brand relevance, and suggested next steps
• Ensure organic content is not published without required client approvals
• Maintain proof of approval in the central library
• Ensure publishing frequency follows the approved strategy
• Ensure executing agencies follow client processes and guidelines
• Collaborate with Findasense teams responsible for Community Management, tagging, and reporting
• Relay approved feedback, track remediation, and escalated non-resolution
• Act as main point of contact for internal Findasense teams regarding market social topics
• Coordinate Social Tech Admin and executing agencies on technical issues and access changes
• Prevent executing agencies from directly modifying profile settings, bios, images, or access levels
• Escalate risks, breaches, and non-compliance to client local and central teams
• Conduct monthly fake-account checks across all brands in the market and escalated findings
• Brief the Findasense Intelligence team on local social listening and reporting needs

Requirements

• Ideally, you bring 5+ years of professional experience in social media project management
• Native-level German proficiency
• Understanding and familiarity with the German market, including local social and cultural insights
• In-depth knowledge of social media best practices and platforms for executions in the market
• Strong strategic social expertise to support senior managers, assess recommendations, and adapt them to local market needs
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with ability to manage strict governance, compliance guidelines, and multi-agency workflows
• Excellent communication skills and experience coordinating between clients, internal Findasense teams, and external executing agencies
• Hands-on experience with Meta, TikTok, and publishing workflows
• Eligibility to work in Germany
• Experience with tagging on Sprinklr and operational QA in social media workflows is a plus
• Knowledge of beverage industry social media context is a plus
• Knowledge of music, entertainment, or movie brand social media context is a plus
