- Support the development and execution of FOMO’s social media strategy
- Plan and create monthly and campaign-based content calendars
- Create content around FOMO and its values, especially for Instagram and TikTok
- Produce UGC content at FOMO events
- Help ensure a consistent visual language and tone of voice across channels
- Actively manage and engage the community
Requirements
- A strong instinct for digital communication and storytelling
- First hands-on experience in social media, content creation, or brand marketing
- A good eye for on-brand visuals and confidence working with brand guidelines
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Confidence communicating with partners and collaborators
- Proficiency in Notion, CapCut, Canva, Edits
- Very good English skills + German is helpful
- Enthusiasm to learn and grow in a fast-paced, creative environment
- Ability to work 40 hours weekly within Berlin working hours
