- Build and refine supply chain models to improve reliability of COGS and capacity forecasts
- Own S&OP and variance analyses
- Lead preparation for monthly business reviews and OKR meetings
- Align stakeholders and leadership on operational strategy and performance
- Identify, prioritize, and execute cross-functional initiatives improving Ops metrics
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards for daily, weekly, and monthly performance trends
- Provide supply chain assumptions for the financial model and partner with Finance on integrated planning
- Translate complex analysis into concise presentations for executives and cross-functional partners
- Report directly to the VP of BizOps and work as a peer to the existing BizOps team
Requirements
- BS/MS Degree in a quantitative or computational field
- 5-7+ years experience in data analytics in corporate, consulting, or investment banking
- Exceptional communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
- High proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
- Expertise with SQL
- R and/or Python knowledge preferred
- Exceptional thought partnership skills and ability to build stakeholder credibility
- Strong statistical skills
- Experience solving problems in consumer-facing and internal product areas
- Experience with Google Cloud platforms preferred
